Rev Michael Newman
Michael has been a minister since 2007. He has served the Hornsey congregation since August 2021 as well as the Fetter Lane congregation. He is also a Board member for the British Province of the Moravian Church. He has degrees in Physics and Theology.
Rev Christine Emanuel
Christine has been a minister since 2020. She has served the Hornsey congregation since November 2025 as well as the Bedford congregation. She is Chair of the Eastern District Conference as well as Vice-Chair of the Provincial Synod.
Sonia Pessoa
Sonia is a life-long member of the Moravian Church and has been a member at Hornsey for over a decade. She is on the Church Committee and is treasurer. She is a lay preacher, Sunday School teacher and is on the fundraising team.
Patricia White
Patricia has been a member of the church for 30 years. She is on the Church Committee and is congregation secretary. She is a lay preacher and leads the fundraising team. She is also part of our pastoral care team. She enjoys gardening, reading and music.
Codrington Johnson
Codrington joined the Moravian church ten years ago and attends with his daughter. He was recently elected to the committee and is on the property team. He loves helping with events at the church and occasionally plays drums at services with the steel band.
Steadroy Lambert
Steadroy was confirmed at Hornsey and attends with his wife. He has been on the Church Committee for over a decade. He manages the room hire and is a member the property team. He also operates the media system and livestreams services.
Jean Wilson
Jean has been attending Hornsey for over 30 years and was confirmed two years ago. She was recently elected to the Church Committee, is part of the funding raising team, and puts together the weekly Monitor newsletter. She enjoys walking and reading.
Carl Skepple
Carl was baptised and confirmed at Hornsey, and has been on the Church Committee for over a decade. He is one of two members responsible for church property and bookings. He also trains members to operate the media system and livestream services.
Michelle King
Michelle has been a member of our Church for over 15 years. She was recently elected to the Church Committee and assists with fundraising and, as a nurse, first aid. She is married with two boys and enjoys travelling, walking, movies and Gospel radio.
